Garden Buildings
For working from home, guest accommodation, hobbies room, play room, sanctuary…. whatever you wish to call them these bespoke buildings are a useful addition to any garden.As all our buildings are handmade to order we can help you with a design to suit your garden and your budget. They can be any size or design stained to blend in to their natural surroundings or painted, to a colour of your choice, to make them into an attractive garden feature. We recommend Sadolin Superdec paint for all our designs.
With prices starting at around £4,000 garden buildings make an economic alternative to building an extension and, in most costs, planning permission is not required.
All timber is FSC sourced and pressure treated for durability. We offer a choice of roofing, from felt to cedar tiles as well as sedum/green roofing. All the windows are glass and double glazed.
As well as Offices and Studios we are also able to design and construct Boat Houses, Gyms, Potting Sheds, Mini Barns for Tractor and Garden Machinery storage and heavy duty Garden Sheds. We are also in the process of designing a Mini Shed to conceal oil and gas tanks in the garden (please contact us for further information).
As well as constructing more traditional style garden studios and offices we also offer stilted buildings which can be enlarged to provide novel accommodation for visitors as well as being a fun escape for children and teenagers! Our buildings can be fully insulated and heated for use all year round.

Planning permission regulations were revised in October 2008.
This now means that as long as you comply with a basic set of rules, planning permission is not normally required, even if you live in a conservation area.
