Stilted Houses
As all our buildings are hand made to order pricing varies according to our clients specifications. However, please see below some sample sizes and prices of our stilted play houses as a guide to making your choice. All prices are inclusive of installation and VAT (unless stated), but exclude delivery which is dependant on your postcode (delivery is free within a 20 mile radius of Pulborough). Please call us for a quotation and advice regarding delivery.
Our buildings are available to courier flat packed. Please contact us for further information.
Please note that for large sized cabins and houses intended for adult use we recommend an extra foot height to the eaves (approx. 7’ to the apex). As well as making it more spacious for adults it maximises the use of your building for children – taking them from Wendy House to Teenage Escape.

All our buildings are bespoke, so should you require a different size or would like a different design, please call and we will be delighted to offer you a quotation. Delivery is free within a 20 mile radius. You may collect your house personally or please call for a quote if you require delivery outside this area.
Please note that as a natural product wood may shrink and expand in changes of weather. Our painted buildings may require repainting or retouching within the first 12 months. Please call us if you have any concerns. We recommend the use of Sadolin paint for all our buildings.
