Tree Houses

Using the same high quality and heavy duty pressure treated timber we use in all of our timber buildings, our Treehouses are designed for generations of imaginative play. We work closely with our clients to help them choose the right tree and to design a tree house to enjoy for years to come.  No two trees are the same, therefore all our buildings are made to order and are unique in design.  Our tree houses are competitively priced given the length of time we spend in designing and installing each house which, depending on size and complexity, could be up to 21 days.

We will meet with you, at your convenience, to discuss your plans, inspect the proposed tree or trees and help you realise the treehouse of your dreams.

Planning permission is not normally required unless they are going to be higher than 3m and/or the site means the house makes a visible intrusion on a neighbour's privacy.  If you have any doubts, please check with your local planning authority.

The treehouse illustrated has a 360˚ viewing platform built onto and supported around this beautiful ancient oak, from which there is a second small platform from where you can reach the 8ft x 6ft cabin, built 20ft up in the branches.  All platforms have safety rails and the ladder has a pulley system which can be raised by the older children to keep younger siblings out - or for parents to keep all children out!  A treehouse of a similar design costs in the region of £8,000 excluding VAT.
